In my time as an editor, reporter, and production assistant, I've had the pleasure of working on several projects.
Below is a selection of some of my favorites!
As Bustle's Branded Fashion Editor, I work with style focused clients to share their stories with readers in a variety of ways. From interviewing influencers and brainstorming story concepts, to participating in custom shoots and editing market roundups, this role allows me to combine my love for writing and fashion in new ways every day.

Working in menswear as a fashion assistant at Men's Health helped me better understand how women's and men's fashion spheres intersect and influence each other. I loved assisting the style team on shoots, selecting and calling in clothes, interviewing and reporting for fashion news pieces and gaining a better understanding of the seriously intricate facets of menswear.

I've found that one of the most exciting, experimental and enthusiastic readerships I've gotten to write for is teenagers + college students. So naturally, when AOL asked if I'd be interested in helping expand their fashion reach to this demographic, I couldn't resist! Cambio is especially unique because the site was designed by Girls Who Code, an initiative that trains young women to become tech-savvy in a rapidly digitizing world.

As a Marie Claire fashion features and credits intern, I dove headfirst into street styles and market trends, compiling the very best for fashion reports that informed future pages. I loved contributing to MarieClaire.com, too! In this piece, I highlighted summer sale items of interest to MC online readers, based off of the readership's most popular styles and price points at time of publishing.

Working as a reporter, web producer and later supervising editor at WUFT News (Gainesville's PBS and NPR-affiliate news station), I wrote, photographed and packaged many hard news stories across several platforms. These stories required in-depth investigative research, in-the-field reporting, photojournalism, audio recording and editing to be used for radio broadcast.

The Independent Florida Alligator: Blogs
Summers away from college, I contributed remotely as a style blogger for its online publication. I covered emerging fashion trends, new designer collaborations and style tips for college students. Last summer, I penned my own weekly "On Trend, On a Budget" column, which discussed trending looks with an emphasis on budget-friendly finds.
She Blogs Couture by the Seashore
Eight years into writing and editing my own fashion blog, She Blogs Couture has helped me develop my own sense of style, as well as explore new trends and looks in a digitized journal. Though I most enjoy featuring my own personal fashion explorations, I can't resist snapping pics of friends or street style trendsetters and telling their story.
In Summer 2013, I served as Editorial Intern for Sarasota Magazine, working directly under web editor Megan McDonald. I was given the opportunity to expand Sarasota's fashion coverage with my own "Sun, Sand & Style" beachwear street style articles and wrote for the magazine's "Your Sarasota Wedding" section.

Council for the Advancement of Science Writing
Selected from 2,300 students in UF's College of Journalism and Communications, I represented the College as one of eight reporters at the 2013 National Science Writers Convention. There, I spoke with scientist Ellen E. Martin on the dangers of rock weathering in Greenland. The story was published in Explore, UF's research magazine.
My early interest in fashion journalism led me to apply (and land!) the position of Accessories Editor at College Fashionista for UF's campus my sophomore year. Every week I scouted campus for fashionable students with a flair for accessorizing, and I documented these finds with my own photos articles.
